Ottawa 10K presented by Otto’s Ottawa


Onsite registration for the Ottawa 2K presented by ASICS Runkeeper, Ottawa 5K presented by ASICS Runkeeper, and the Ottawa 10K presented by Otto’s Ottawa, and transfers will be available at the Health and Fitness Expo (Aberdeen Pavilion, 1000 Exhibition Way) at the following dates and times:

Friday, May 24 8:00am – 8:00pm

Saturday, May 25 8:00am – 6:00pm

The Ottawa 10K presented by Otto’s Ottawa attracts one of the world’s best fields of pro runners as well as thousands of participants from across the National Capital Region. The race is also home to the 2024 Canadian 10K Championships.

Starting at Ottawa City Hall, the course takes runners down the famous Rideau Canal (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and by the tulips of Dow’s Lake before heading across the Pretoria Bridge to an exciting finish in front of thousands of cheering spectators.

The Ottawa 10K presented by Otto’s Ottawa is for ages 8 years and up. Strollers are not allowed on course. The Ottawa 2K presented by ASICS Runkeeper is available for those who would like to run with a stroller.

Run Ottawa is offering a Green Bib option at registration for those wishing to reduce their environmental footprint. In lieu of a medal or any mailed amenities, you can choose to divert part of your registration fee to a charity within the Desjardins Charity Challenge.
