Health and Fitness Expo
The Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend Health and Fitness Expo is a two-day event that attracts exhibitors from all over North America. Relocated at Aberdeen Pavilion in Lansdowne Park for 2023, the Expo is Canada’s largest health and fitness expo, featuring numerous retailers, and attracting thousands of people each year. The Expo is free to enter and open to the public. The Expo is also the site of Race Kit Pick-Up.

Free Shuttle buses from City Hall to Lansdowne Park:
A FREE and accessible shuttle bus service will be available to help you travel from Ottawa City Hall (Lisgar St. entrance) directly to the Health and Fitness Expo at Lansdowne Park and back! Please see schedules and frequency below:
Friday, May 26:
8:00 am: First shuttle departs from Ottawa City Hall (Lisgar St. entrance).
11:30 pm: Last shuttle leaves the Health and Fitness Expo at Aberdeen Pavilion in Lansdowne Park.
Shuttles run every 30 minutes starting at Ottawa City Hall from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, and every 15-20 minutes between 4:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
Saturday, May 27:
8:00 am: First shuttle departs from Ottawa City Hall (Lisgar St. entrance).
6:30 pm: Last shuttle leaves the Health and Fitness Expo at Aberdeen Pavilion in Lansdowne Park.
Shuttles run every 15-20 minutes from Ottawa City Hall from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, and Lansdowne Park from 8:15 am – 6:30 pm.

Bike Parking at Health and Fitness Expo
Bike parking will be available on the East side of the Aberdeen Pavilion during Expo hours (and Ottawa Redblacks game hours).
Secure Bike Parking at City Hall
Free monitored bike parking is available during the races courtesy of our friends at the Nakkertok Nordic Cross Country Ski Club. Look for the Nakkertok sign under the overhang on the North side of City Hall (near Festival Plaza).

The bus tour will leave from the Aberdeen Pavilion. Tickets are free and can be obtained at the Info Booth at the Health Expo at Aberdeen Pavilion on a first come first served basis.

Footwear 4 Kids
We’ve partnered with the local organization Footwear 4 Kids to collect and recycle running shoes for kids and adults. You can bring your gently-used footwear to the Health and Fitness expo during Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend and Footwear 4 Kids will distribute them to low-income children, youth, and families in need in the City of Ottawa through close collaboration with the Caldwell Family Centres Clothing Assistance Program.
