Rooted Family Lactation and Feeding tent

Exciting news for new parents participating and those supporting participants at Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend! Introducing the Rooted Family Lactation and Feeding tent, conveniently located in Festival Plaza steps from the start and finish lines. 

This dedicated space caters to breastfeeding and bottle feeding parents, offering amenities such as milk storage bags, a refrigerator to store milk if you need to pump, and a range of nursing and feeding accessories. Feeding parents will also have access to snacks and water provided by Rooted Family Wellness Centre. 

Designed to make Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend inclusive and supportive, the area features cozy feeding stations and will have knowledgeable members from Rooted Family and volunteers from BadAss Lady Gang run club on hand to assist parents on May 25 and 26.
