In 2025…
- 803 members actively participated in the Run Ottawa community.
- Members completed more than 11,300 km across all Run Ottawa events (That is the distance from Ottawa to Buenos Aires.)
- Members volunteered more than 150 hours at Run Ottawa events.
- With members averaging just over two events, the built-in race discounts meant a Run Ottawa membership more than paid for itself.

Membership options:
- Individual (25+): $70
- Dual: $120 (two people in the same household, 25+)
- Family: $170 (up to 6 people in the same household), max 2 adults (25+)

- Youth: $30 (ages 10-24, however this does not include voting privileges at the Annual General Meeting for ages 10-17.)

How do I access my membership details or update my personal information?
To manage your membership:
- Log In: Visit the Let’s Do This website and log in using your account credentials.
- Access Account Settings: Navigate to “My Account” to view your membership details.
- Update Information: Click “Edit Profile” to update your email, address, or other personal details. Be sure to save any changes.

How do I redeem my free event?
To redeem your free event:
- Log in to your Let’s Do This Membership account.
- Select the Guest Pass tab located under the word Subscription.
- From the dropdown menu, choose Free Event.
- Once selected, click Create Guest Pass at the bottom of the window to finalize.
