Saturday 5K Series

For the past 5 years we have seen incredible growth in our Saturday 5K series. We experienced and witnessed an exciting level of enthusiasm and participation from runners of all ages and abilities.

In 2019 we are going to move to a fun, fresh model with a series of four runs. We believe with your help, we can utilize these events to do further good in our community.

Starting in May we will be moving to a nominal fee of $10 per run which we will share with a different charity partner each month.

Online registration is $10.00 for adults. Youth/Kids under the age of 18 will run for free. Run Ottawa members will pay $5.00 online.  Please see the fee structure below.  We will continue to provide prizing from Sports 4 at our post-race socials after every event.

We ask that you please register online for this series. Raceday registration will be available for $15.00

Come run at your pace of choice on this scenic route that is held on the roads and pathways within the Central Experimental Farm.

These events are self timed, aided by a digital clock at the finish line. Water will be available on-site. We would like to acknowledge and thank the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum for their support of our Saturday Farm Runs. To learn more about the Museum and all their great programs, please visit their website. You can also follow them on Twitter @agmuseum
