Annual General Meeting
Each year, Run Ottawa conducts an Annual General Meeting (AGM), open to all of its members. All Run Ottawa members are invited.
During the AGM, the Board of Directors and Run Ottawa staff will invite approval of the previous year’s minutes, report on the past year of operations, from the marquee event, Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend, to other Run Ottawa races and member activities. This important meeting is also a chance for Run Ottawa members to:
- Review highlights from the past year and reflect on our achievements.
- Look ahead to some exciting activities planned for the upcoming year.
- Receive updates on Run Ottawa’s financial performance.
- Ask questions of the Board regarding the organization’s activities.
- Participate in voting for directors on the AGM board.
