Otto’s Ottawa signs on as Ottawa 10K presenting sponsor

January 17, 2022 – Run Ottawa is pleased to announce its newest major sponsor, Otto’s Ottawa, who will become the presenting sponsor of the Ottawa 10K at Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend. The partnership also makes Otto’s the title sponsor of the popular Canada Day Road Races, and a partner in the Run to Empower, which typically takes place in the fall.

“Otto’s Ottawa is honoured to join forces with Run Ottawa in celebrating empowerment, and encouraging people across the Ottawa-Gatineau region who are training to become the very best they can be,” says Sonia Koller, Dealer Principal at Otto’s Ottawa. “As a family-owned business, we couldn’t be happier to align our values of perseverance, integrity and community-building with Run Ottawa and its prestigious series of races and events.”

In addition to its role as the Ottawa 10K presenting sponsor, Otto’s will also be the automotive partner for Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend, providing pace cars for elite runners in the Tartan Ottawa International Marathon and Ottawa 10K.

“We couldn’t be happier to partner with one of Ottawa’s most respected businesses for these events,” said Ian Fraser, Executive Director of Run Ottawa. “Not only do we share the same core values of empowerment and perseverance, we also share a love for this community, and are looking forward to working together to see it thrive.”

Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend 2022 is set to take place May 28-29, 2022 with 15,000 people currently registered to run, walk or roll in one of 6 events throughout the weekend.
