In an effort to offer participants the opportunity to support their community and reduce their environmental footprint, Run Ottawa has initiated a Green Bib option at registration. The Green Bib does not include a medal—instead, $10 of your registration fees will go to the Ottawa First Responders Foundation. Please consider topping up your donation at the end of the registration process as an additional option to contribute. Thank you!
RACE INFORMATION:
All participants in the 5K and 10K receive a medal, timing bib, free downloadable photos, and post-race snacks and beverages. All participants in the Kids 1K Run will receive timing and a medal! The option to purchase a commemorative ASICS race shirt is available!

Strollers are permitted on the 1K course only and it is requested that you start at the rear.

- 10K: 9:00 am
- Kids 1k: 10:30 am
