I only registered to run, but now I want to raise money for a charity.
Is it too late?
You can still fundraise!
Set up a personalized fundraising page if you are already registered for the run
- Select the charity you want to support from the list of official charities
- Click on “Fundraise” then the “Sign Up” button and enter your information. Please make sure you have already registered for the race
- Fundraise on your own or join a team and fill in your information.
Note : This step will only register you for a fundraising account, and will not re-register you for the race!
I had participated in the Scotiabank Charity Challenge last year, can I use the same Username as last year?
Unfortunately, our registration system does not automatically accept prior year’s usernames. If you wish to use a previous username, please do not complete the Username and Password section of the Charity Challenge page during your race registration.
- Once you have completed your registration, click here
- Click SIGN IN
- Enter your previous username and password
- Complete your fundraising registration
I would like to use Facebook to ask my family and friends to donate to my campaign, how come it’s not working?
The online fundraising system only recognizes one username with each Facebook account, so you will need to use your previous year’s username which cannot be used for your event registration.
When registering for the event, please do not complete the Username and Password section of the Charity Challenge page during your race registration.
Once you have completed your registration, click here and Click SIGN IN.
Enter you previous username and password and complete your Fundraising registration
How do I make a donation to an Individual or a Team?
- Click on our 2018 Charity Fundraising Home page
- Locate the SEARCH field
- Enter the name of the individual or team and make your donation!
How do I make a donation to a Charity?
- Select a charity from the list of Official Charities Page
- Click on the « Donate » button
I represent a Canadian Charity and want to register the charity to participate in the Scotiabank Charity Challenge. How do I register the charity?

I registered for the Scotiabank Charity Challenge, but I have not received or I cannot find the confirmation email.
Don’t worry! Not receiving these emails does not necessarily mean that the registration was not completed. First, check your spam emails. Still nothing? Contact us and we will proceed with verifications or Click here to verify whether you are on the registration confirmation list.
How do I change an email address on my fundraising page?
- Log into your fundraising profile here
- Click on My Profile
- Edit the Email Address field
- Click Submit

Fundraising Teams should only be created under a Charity umbrella IF separate tracking is required, or if you would like to fundraise with your family or friends. All donations, whether you fundraise as an individual or as part of a team will be directed to your charity of choice.
To set up a fundraising team: Click here
- Log into your fundraising profile
- Click on “My Team” in the left hand menu
- Click on Create a Team in the left hand menu
- Fill in Team Name and Team Description
To join a fundraising team: Click here
- Log into your fundraising profile
- Click on “My Team” in the left hand menu
- Click on Join a Team
- Search for the team you want to join
- Click Join Team
What do I do with my cash and cheque pledges?
Please ensure you make arrangements with the Charity Administrator listed within your Charity located here List of Official Charities. You will be required to drop off any cash and/or cheque pledges direct to them in advance, at their office, or mail the cheque to their offices.
