Annual General Meeting
Each year, Run Ottawa conducts an Annual General Meeting (AGM), open to all of its members. All Run Ottawa members are invited. We are excited to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. A formal invitation with registration details will be sent to you in December. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing our vision for an exciting year ahead!
During the AGM, the Board of Directors and Run Ottawa staff will invite approval of the previous year’s minutes, report on the past year of operations, from the marquee event, Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend, to other Run Ottawa races and member activities. This important meeting is also a chance for you to:
- Review highlights from the past year and reflect on our achievements.
- Look ahead to some exciting activities planned for 2025.
- Receive updates on Run Ottawa’s financial performance.
- Participate in voting for directors on the AGM board.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to ask questions of the Board regarding the organization’s activities.
