Recipe of the Month: Mango Smoothie

This mango smoothie, which is a Farm Boy recipe of the week, will get a big dose of leucine into the system via Greek yogurt (see our nutrition column for more on leucine), making it a smart post-workout treat.

Here’s what you need

1 large ripe banana
1 cup Farm Boy™ Organic Greek yogurt (any flavour)
3 cups Altaulfo mangos, cubed
2 cups Farm Boy™ Organic Mango, Orange & Raspberry Juice Blend

Here’s what you do

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until consistency is smooth, 3 to 4 minutes.

Serves 4.
