Howard Selcer is the President of Howard Selcer & Associates and has been providing 2-way radio solutions for the Run Ottawa and Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend since 2009.

With over 30 years of sales, rental and management experience, Howard has worked in many aspects of the 2-way radio business; sales team management, operations, marketing, corporate team building, employee relations, tower sites and tower site acquisition and is a Certified Project Manager.
