nom aux sonorit\u00e9s invoquant la sant\u00e9, beaucoup de versions sont tr\u00e8s proches d\u2019un g\u00e2teau et sont des concentr\u00e9s de sucre et de calories (le populaire pain \u00e0 la citrouille de Starbuck compte plus de 400 calories). \u00a0Notre recette maximise la citrouille pour produire un pain go\u00fbteux et mo\u00eblleux. \u00a0La quantit\u00e9 de citrouille plus importante veut aussi dire que vous consommerez plus de ce l\u00e9gume sant\u00e9 dans chaque bouch\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La citrouille (ou potiron) est une source exceptionnelle de carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, pigments qui agissent comme antioxydants et dont on \u00e9tudie pr\u00e9sentement le potentiel de pr\u00e9vention des maladies. \u00a0La citrouille est aussi une excellente source de fibres alimentaires et d\u2019autres vitamines et min\u00e9raux importants. \u00a0Une demi-tasse de sucre, c\u2019est tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour sucrer ce pain, et une bonne proportion de la farine de bl\u00e9 entier donne plus de fibres et autres nutriments que la farine blanche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tasse de farine de bl\u00e9 entier<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 tasse de farine tout usage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 tasse de sucre brun l\u00e9ger bien tass\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 gros oeufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1,5 tasse de citrouille (en bo\u00eete, c\u2019est correct)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/4 tasse d\u2019huile de canola (ou de beurre fondu ou de margarine libre de gras trans)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cannelle moulue<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de gingembre moulu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 tasse de raisins (ou autres fruits s\u00e9ch\u00e9s)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire chauffer \u00e0 l\u2019avance le four \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s fahrenheit (175 Celsius). \u00a0Enduire un moule \u00e0 pain de 8 \u00bd x 4 pouces d\u2019enduit vaporis\u00e9, de beurre ou de margarine, ou doubler de papier parchemin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un grand bol, combiner les farines, le sucre, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un autre bol, battre les oeufs l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. \u00a0Incorporer la citrouille, l\u2019huile de canola, la cannelle et le gingembre en remuant avec un fouet. \u00a0Incorporer les raisins en brassant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients humides aux ingr\u00e9dients secs en brassant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tous les ingr\u00e9dients soient incorpor\u00e9s dans la p\u00e2te. \u00a0Ne pas fouetter ou trop m\u00e9langer. \u00a0Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuire de 45 \u00e0 55 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent de bois ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre ressorte propre. \u00a0Laisser 10 minutes refroidir sur une grille dans le moule. \u00a0D\u00e9mouler le pain et continuer \u00e0 laisser refroidir sur la grille.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donne un pain (12 tranches).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pour utiliser de la citrouille fra\u00eeche<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La citrouille en bo\u00eete va bien dans cette recette, mais, en saison, vous voudrez peut-\u00eatre utiliser de la citrouille fra\u00eeche. \u00a0Ce n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas une bonne id\u00e9e que d\u2019utiliser de grosses citrouilles pour la cuisson, car elle n\u2019ont pas beaucoup de chair et celle-ci a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus insipide et fibreuse et qu\u2019elle a moins de go\u00fbt. \u00a0Les petites citrouilles (de 10 \u00e0 12 pouces de diam\u00e8tre) sont les meilleures pour la cuisson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nutrition
