\u00e0 n\u2019importe quel repas et un plat parfait pour un \u2018potluck\u2019. \u00a0Les nouilles au riz ont une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e de glucides qui contribuera \u00e0 alimenter vos exercices et les tomates, les piments doux, le basilic et le persil fournissent beaucoup de nutriments essentiels pour une bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Vinaigrette au miel et \u00e0 la limette<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jus et zeste de 2 limettes (devrait donner environ \u00bc tasse de jus)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2\u00bd tasses de piments doux hach\u00e9s (verts, jaunes ou orange font de bonnes couleurs compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 celle des tomates)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fouetter ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette dans un petit bocal ou une tasse. \u00a0R\u00e9server.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9parer les l\u00e9gumes et les herbes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire cuire les nouilles suivant les instructions sur le paquet. \u00a0\u00c9goutter les nouilles dans une passoire, et rincer \u00e0 fond sous l\u2019eau froide. \u00a0Bien \u00e9goutter et enlever le plus f\u00e9ta au nouilles (si les nouilles collent ensemble et que vous avez de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 distribuer les l\u00e9gumes, prenez des ciseaux ou un couteau et coupez quelques nouilles).
