Habillez-vous comme il faut et ce peut \u00eatre une excellente fa\u00e7on de profiter de l\u2019hiver.<\/p>\n<p>Que vous vous entra\u00eeniez ou que vous couriez en hiver, voici quelques conseils sur comment vous chausser\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Chaussettes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vous voulez vous garder les pieds au chaud\u00a0? Laissez tomber les chaussettes haute technologie et achetez de la laine de m\u00e9rinos. Pas besoin qu\u2019elles soient jolies, et pas besoin que ce soit des chaussettes de course (bien que vous puissiez avoir besoin de chaussettes de course pour qu\u2019elles s\u2019ajustent \u00e0 vos chaussures). Vous voudrez aussi acheter des chaussettes assez hautes pour vous couvrir les chevilles\u00a0!<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Chaussures<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les chaussures d\u2019entra\u00eenement r\u00e9guli\u00e8res sont tr\u00e8s ventil\u00e9es\u00a0; excellent l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, mais glacial l\u2019hiver. Une option, c\u2019est d\u2019acheter une chaussure Gore-Tex ou autre chaussure de course sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e pour l\u2019hiver. Une autre option, c\u2019est de simplement ajouter du Duct Tape \u00e0 la partie sup\u00e9rieure de votre chaussure pour les journ\u00e9es froides. Le Duct Tape de haute qualit\u00e9 fonctionne, mais il peut laisser un r\u00e9sidu collant sur vos chaussures, et il arrive qu\u2019il se d\u00e9colle. Il faut aussi noter que le sel r\u00e9pandu sur les trottoirs est mauvais pour vos chaussures, comme pour tout ce que vous avez d\u2019autre\u00a0; ne vous attendez donc pas \u00e0 ce que vos chaussures durent aussi longtemps l\u2019hiver que l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Antid\u00e9rapants<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Yaktrax Run et Ice Trekkers vous donneront toute les deux un suppl\u00e9ment de traction par les journ\u00e9es glac\u00e9es. La solution maison est de mettre quelques vis \u00e0 t\u00f4le dans la semelle d\u2019une vieille paire de chaussures de course. Cela fonctionne, mais limite \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr la fa\u00e7on et le moment o\u00f9 vous utiliserez les chaussures \u00e0 nouveau\u00a0! Rien de \u00e7a ne fonctionne terriblement bien sur une glace vraiment solide, mais \u00e7a peut vous aider.<\/p>\n<p>Amusez-vous \u00e0 courir en hiver\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2>Les courses Annuelles de Richmond sont de retour pour 2026!<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Commencez la nouvelle ann\u00e9e du bon pied et rejoignez votre communaut\u00e9 de coureurs pour un 5 km ou un 10 km dans la ville historique de Richmond!
