Elles sont faites avec du chou-fleur, qui est riche en vitamine C, en antioxydants, en \u00e9lectrolytes et en acide folique. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un repas digne de figurer dans votre menu hebdomadaire puisque l\u2019acide folique aide \u00e0 transformer les glucides en \u00e9nergie, et que les \u00e9lectrolytes r\u00e9gulent les contractions musculaires et aident \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer les fluides dans votre corps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 t\u00eate de chou-fleur, hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 petit oignon jaune, hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tasse de haricots noirs (en conserve ou tremp\u00e9s et pr\u00eats \u00e0 utiliser)<\/li>\n<li>Coriandre<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tasse de p\u00e2te de tomates<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Cumin et\/ou poudre de chili, au go\u00fbt (facultatif)<\/li>\n<li>Salsa (faite maison ou achet\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9picerie)<\/li>\n<li>2 tasses de fromage v\u00e9gane<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0paquet de tortillas au bl\u00e9 entier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/raceroster.com\/events\/2024\/76026\/tamarack-ottawa-race-weekend-2024\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-37236 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/TORW-2024_x-twitter-header_1500x500_BILINGUAL_september-8-1-1024x342.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"434\" height=\"145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/TORW-2024_x-twitter-header_1500x500_BILINGUAL_september-8-1-1024x342.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/TORW-2024_x-twitter-header_1500x500_BILINGUAL_september-8-1-300x100.png 300w, https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/TORW-2024_x-twitter-header_1500x500_BILINGUAL_september-8-1-768x256.png 768w, https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/TORW-2024_x-twitter-header_1500x500_BILINGUAL_september-8-1.png 1501w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 434px) 100vw, 434px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faire revenir le chou-fleur avec l\u2019oignon dans une po\u00eale, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient cuits.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Mettre le chou-fleur et l\u2019oignon dans un robot culinaire et y ajouter les haricots noirs, une grosse poign\u00e9e de coriandre, la p\u00e2te de tomates, l\u2019ail, le cumin et\/ou la poudre de chili.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance lisse.<\/li>\n<li>Placer une quantit\u00e9 de m\u00e9lange au milieu de chaque tortilla.<\/li>\n<li>Rouler les tortillas et les mettre dans un plat allant au four. Elles doivent recouvrir compl\u00e8tement le fond du plat.<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir de fromage v\u00e9gane.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire de 25 \u00e0 30 minutes \u00e0 400 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Garnir de salsa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez y ajouter votre touche personnelle! Que ce soit de la guacamole, de la sauce v\u00e9gane \u00e0 enchiladas, de la cr\u00e8me sure v\u00e9gane ou des tortillas sans gluten, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 modifier la recette \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt.
