(sic), un groupe de coureurs qui avaient pour mentor le marathonien d\u2019\u00e9lite Rob Watson.\u00a0 On nous a r\u00e9cemment signal\u00e9 qu\u2019un de ces coureurs est aussi tout un bon cuisiner, et \u00e7a nous a sembl\u00e9 \u00eatre l\u2019occasion parfaite d\u2019aller chercher quelques nouvelles recettes qui conviennent bien aux coureurs.\u00a0 Alors, nous vous pr\u00e9sentons \u00e0 nouveau Jason Faber, qui va nous communiquer ses recettes incontournables \u00e0 quelques mois d\u2019intervalle.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>par\u00a0Jason Faber<\/p>\n<p>En m\u2019entra\u00eenant en vue du Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, j\u2019en suis \u00e0 mon d\u00e9gressif et \u00e0 mes pr\u00e9paration en vue de la course.\u00a0 Il m\u2019arrive de concentrer mon attention sur ce que je vais manger le matin de la course et le soir pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, sachant que cela peut avoir un impact significatif sur ma performance, et d\u2019oublier que les semaines qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent imm\u00e9diatement une grosse course peuvent aussi \u00eatre une composante significative du programme de marathon.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, en ayant \u00e7a \u00e0 l\u2019esprit et avec l\u2019automne qui bat son plein, j\u2019ai pens\u00e9 \u00e0 des recettes qui combinent des saveurs classiques de l\u2019automne tout en me donnant la valeur nutritionnelle dont j\u2019ai besoin.\u00a0 En retournant \u00e0 mes vo\u00fbtes, j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 ce plat r\u00e9confortant qui est devenu un de mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison\u00a0: les raviolis \u00e0 la courge musqu\u00e9e avec pacanes musqu\u00e9e<\/em><em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tasse de fromage parmesan finement r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de muscade<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Huile d\u2019olive<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Sel sal\u00e9<\/em><em><br \/>\n<em>10-12 <\/em><\/em>feuilles de sauge fra\u00eeche, \u00e9minc\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pacanes \u00e9pic\u00e9es<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>t c. \u00e0 table de beurre non sal\u00e9<\/em><em><br \/>\n<em>1 c. \u00e0 table de miel<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sucre<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de gingembre moulu<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cannelle<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de clou de girofle<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Pinc\u00e9e de poivre de Cayenne<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tasse de moiti\u00e9s de pacanes<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1\/2 tasse de fromage de ch\u00e8vre \u00e9miett\u00e9 pour la garniture<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Commencer par faire vos p\u00e2tes maison, ce qui vous prendra le plus clair du temps.\u00a0 Une fois que les nouilles sont roul\u00e9es, commencer \u00e0 les farcir de courge musqu\u00e9e.\u00a0 Chauffer le four \u00e0 l\u2019avance \u00e0 425F\/220C.\u00a0 Couper la courge en deux et enlever les graines.\u00a0 Verser un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et faire r\u00f4tir les demies, c\u00f4t\u00e9 coup\u00e9 vers le haut, sur une t\u00f4le \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte d\u2019un papier parchemin pendant 25 \u00e0 30 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cuiller, la d\u00e9poser dans un bol de grandeur moyenne et \u00e9craser \u00e0 la fourchette.\u00a0 Saupoudrer la muscade, le sel et le poivre et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 fond avec le fromage parmesan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tendre les p\u00e2tes sur un comptoir.\u00a0 \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuiller \u00e0 th\u00e9, faire de petites boulettes du m\u00e9lange et les d\u00e9poser sur la p\u00e2te \u00e0 distance d\u2019environ 1 pouce.\u00a0 Ne faire cette op\u00e9ration que sur la moiti\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p><a l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te et la replier par-dessus les boulettes du m\u00e9lange.\u00a0 \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une presse \u00e0 raviolis, couper la p\u00e2te autour de la garniture pour faire les raviolis.\u00a0 S\u2019assurer que les bords des raviolis soient press\u00e9s ensemble pour que la pochette ne s\u2019ouvre pas \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p><a pr\u00eat \u00e0 faire cuire les p\u00e2tes, faire bouillir de l\u2019eau dans une grande casserole.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant que l\u2019eau bout, commencer \u00e0 faire la sauce en faisant fondre la 1\/2 tasse de beurre dans une petite casserole jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il commence \u00e0 brunir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.\u00a0 Ajouter les feuilles de sauge et laisser cuire encore 4-5 minutes \u00e0 feux doux.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, commencer \u00e0 faire les pacanes.\u00a0 Commencer en faisant fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu moyen dans une petite casserole.\u00a0 Ajouter le sucre, le miel et les \u00e9pices, et remuer.\u00a0 Apr\u00e8s environ 1 minute, ajouter les pacanes et r\u00e9duire la chaleur \u00e0 feu bas et laisser cuire encore 5 minutes en remuant souvent pour ne pas que \u00e7a br\u00fble.\u00a0 Retirer du feu et r\u00e9server pour laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Spiced-Pecans-e1349056395880-764x1024.jpg\"><img et y ajouter en brassant le beurre bruni.\u00a0 Garnir avec les pacanes \u00e9pic\u00e9es et le fromage de ch\u00e8re \u00e9miett\u00e9.\u00a0 Servir \u00e0 vos nouveaux meilleurs amis avec un verre
