Elle ne comprend que six ingr\u00e9dients, elle est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, elle est pr\u00eate en 10 minutes, elle est \u00e0 base de plante, elle constitue une collation id\u00e9ale apr\u00e8s une course et comme il s\u2019agit d\u2019une recette \u00e0 une seule portion, vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer ce petit d\u00e9lice juste pour vous!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre de noix ou de graines<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de compote de pommes<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse de lait de votre choix<\/li>\n<li>1 portion de poudre prot\u00e9in\u00e9e v\u00e9gane<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n<li>Brisures de chocolat v\u00e9gan, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un petit bol.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser le m\u00e9lange sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier parchemin.<\/li>\n<li>Garnir le biscuit de quelques brisures de chocolat suppl\u00e9mentaires et de gros sel de mer.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 375 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kristin sugg\u00e8re fortement de manger cette collation lorsqu\u2019elle est encore ti\u00e8de!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recette par Kristin Paterson, membre de l\u2019Escouade active d\u2019Otto\u2019s Ottawa de 2023.
