Cette collation est donc d\u00e9licieuse ET nutritive!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"E287\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E288\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/span><\/h2>\n<p id=\"E290\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><strong><span id=\"E291\">P\u00e2te\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"E292\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E293\">2\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de levure de boulangerie <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E295\">1\u00a0tasse d\u2019eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E296\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E297\">2\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"E298\">+\u00a03\/4\u00a0tasses de farine*<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E299\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E300\">2\u00a0portions de poudre prot\u00e9in\u00e9e \u00e0 la vanille**<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E301\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E304\">Une pinc\u00e9e de sel de mer <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E305\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E306\">2\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E307\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E308\">Mini brisures de chocolat (au go\u00fbt) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"E310\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><strong><span id=\"E311\">Confiture\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"E312\" class=\"qowt-li-0_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E313\">2\u00a0tasses de baies fra\u00eeches ou congel\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E314\" class=\"qowt-li-0_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E315\">3\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/18.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/18.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"E318\">In<\/span><span id=\"E319\">structions pour pr\u00e9parer les brioches<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"E321\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E322\">M\u00e9langer la levure et l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de dans un petit bol et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant 5 \u00e0 10\u00a0minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E323\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E324\">Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, la poudre prot\u00e9in\u00e9e, l\u2019huile et le sel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E325\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E326\">Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de levure et d\u2019eau.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E327\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E328\">M\u00e9langer et p\u00e9trir avec les mains pendant 5 \u00e0 10\u00a0minutes. Plus elle est p\u00e9trie, mieux c\u2019est! <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E329\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E330\">Fa\u00e7onner la p\u00e2te en une grosse boule. Verser environ 1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile au fond d\u2019un bol propre et en appliquer avec les doigts sur la p\u00e2te et le bol, pui<\/span><span id=\"E331\">s mettre la p\u00e2te dans le bol.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E332\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E333\">Couvrir la p\u00e2te et la laisser \u00e0 un endroit chaud pour qu\u2019elle l\u00e8ve (pendant 1 ou 2\u00a0heures). <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E334\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E335\">Retirer la p\u00e2te du bol. <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E336\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E337\"> La placer sur une surface farin\u00e9e et la rouler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un grand rectangle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E338\" class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E339\">Tartiner la confit<\/span><span id=\"E340\">ure aux graines de chia (voir les instructions qui suivent) sur tout le <\/span>rectangle de p\u00e2te et garnir de brisures de chocolat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\">Rouler la p\u00e2te pour former une \u00ab b\u00fbche \u00bb et la trancher en morceaux de 1,5 \u00e0 2 po d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n<li class=\"qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\">Placer les brioches dans un moule <span id=\"E346\">recouvert de papier parchemin et faire cuire de 10 \u00e0 15\u00a0minutes \u00e0 400\u00a0\u00b0F.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"contentsContainer\" class=\"style-scope qowt-page\">\n<div id=\"contents\" class=\"style-scope qowt-page\">\n<h2 id=\"E348\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E349\">Instructions pour la confiture aux graines de chia<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"E351\" class=\"qowt-li-3_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E352\">Faire mijoter (ou mettre <\/span><span id=\"E354\">au micro-ondes<\/span><span id=\"E356\">) 2\u00a0tasses de baies fra\u00eeches ou congel\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient tendres. (L\u2019option p<\/span><span id=\"E357\">r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de Kristin est un m\u00e9lange de baies congel\u00e9es.) <\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"E358\" class=\"qowt-li-3_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E359\">Ajouter 3\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia, m\u00e9langer et laisser reposer 5\u00a0minutes. Au besoin, ajouter 1\/2\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia \u00e0 la fois, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de la consistance voulu<\/span><span id=\"E360\">e. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"E362\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E363\">*Kristin pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser la farine d\u2019\u00e9peautre.
