Les zucchinis apportent plusieurs bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 : ils regorgent d\u2019antioxydants, ils r\u00e9duisent le taux de glucose dans le sang, am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 du c\u0153ur et des os, en plus de r\u00e9duire l\u2019inflammation. En ajoutant des mini brisures de chocolat noir, votre pain aura une dose suppl\u00e9mentaire d\u2019antioxydants!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients humides :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 bananes \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 tasse de zucchini r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse de compote de pommes<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse de lait d\u2019amande<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de cidre de pommes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients secs :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tasses de farine d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse de graines de lin moulues<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia et de c\u0153urs de chanvre (facultatif, mais ils augmenteront la teneur en prot\u00e9ines et en bons gras)<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>Une pinc\u00e9e de sel de mer<\/li>\n<li>1\/3\u00a0tasse de mini brisures de chocolat noir (facultatif, mais c\u2019est tellement d\u00e9licieux!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions :<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients humides et les ingr\u00e9dients secs s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer les ingr\u00e9dients secs dans les ingr\u00e9dients humides.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les brisures de chocolat, si vous en voulez.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre du papier parchemin dans le moule \u00e0 pain.<\/li>\n<li>Remplir le moule avec le m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire de 30 \u00e0 40 minutes \u00e0 350 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recette par Kristin Paterson, membre de l\u2019Escouade active d\u2019Otto\u2019s Ottawa de 2022.
