Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 des membres de Courez Ottawa de nous dire ce qu\u2019ils jugent essentiel pour courir par temps chaud. Leurs r\u00e9ponses \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9es : des id\u00e9es pour rester bien hydrat\u00e9 aux v\u00eatements rafra\u00eechissants, en passant par l\u2019\u00e9cran solaire (qu\u2019il faut r\u00e9appliquer souvent)!<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voici une liste des principales r\u00e9ponses que nous avons re\u00e7ues\u00a0:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Des shorts, si je cours en ville.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mark Wigmore<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Un maillot Asics lorsque je cours \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de 30\u00a0\u00b0C.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lydia Butler<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Mes shorts de course, qui ont deux poches : une pour mon cellulaire et une pour l\u2019eau.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jo-Anne Belliveau<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Mon t-shirt sans manche et de coupe d\u00e9contract\u00e9e, pour me garder au frais.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cathy Xenson<\/p>\n<p>Les maillots et les shorts \u00e9taient de loin les v\u00eatements les plus souvent sugg\u00e9r\u00e9s par les membres de Courez Ottawa. Je me suis d\u00e9j\u00e0 fractur\u00e9 la cheville en courant et je n\u2019avais pas mon cellulaire pour appeler de l\u2019aide. Maintenant, je ne l\u2019oublie plus! \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Denise Murch-D\u2019Amours<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Mon sac \u00e0 dos d\u2019hydratation. Les entra\u00eenements en \u00e9t\u00e9, c\u2019est horrible si vous \u00eates d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dan Pak<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Pour les longues distances, un sac \u00e0 dos d\u2019hydratation avec beaucoup de poches. J\u2019y mets de l\u2019eau, des comprim\u00e9s de sel et des sachets de gel de glucose ou des barres de fruits.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Clare Gallant<\/p>\n<p>Les accessoires d\u2019hydratation, dont la taille et le style varient beaucoup, figuraient au deuxi\u00e8me rang. La chaleur et le soleil ne sont pas mes amis en \u00e9t\u00e9 et ces deux accessoires sont indispensables pour moi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kimberley Stiff<\/p>\n<p>Les chapeaux, les bandeaux, les visi\u00e8res et les lunettes de soleil (Goodrs est la marque de pr\u00e9dilection de nos membres) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 souvent mentionn\u00e9s.
