Cette recette contient des betteraves, qui sont riches en vitamines, en fer, en acide folique et en antioxydants. Ce l\u00e9gume-racine est \u00e9galement utile pour augmenter la circulation sanguine dans les fibres musculaires \u00e0 fibrillation rapide. Ce bol smoothie est donc parfait pour les coureurs!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Granola\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graines de chia<\/li>\n<li>Eau<\/li>\n<li>Gruau<\/li>\n<li>Graines de lin<\/li>\n<li>Graines de chanvre (facultatif)<\/li>\n<li>Poudre prot\u00e9in\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Cannelle<\/li>\n<li>Huile de coco<\/li>\n<li>Sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable ou miel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Smoothie\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Banane congel\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Fraises congel\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Chou-fleur congel\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Betterave cuite<\/li>\n<li>Lait ou substitut de lait<\/li>\n<li>Poudre prot\u00e9in\u00e9e \u00e0 la vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Granola\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer 3\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de graines de chia dans 9\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 d\u2019eau. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9<br \/>\npendant 5\u00a0minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tasses de gruau<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse de graines de lin moulues<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de chanvre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re de poudre prot\u00e9in\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e0 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cannelle (\u00e0 votre go\u00fbt \u2013 personnellement, ma famille adore la<br \/>\ncannelle donc j\u2019en mets beaucoup)<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 d\u2019huile de coco fondue<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 tasse de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable ou de miel<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9lange de graines de chia tremp\u00e9es dans l\u2019eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bien m\u00e9langer et verser sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier parchemin.<br \/>\nPresser sur la plaque et faire cuire de 20 \u00e0 30\u00a0minutes \u00e0 350\u00a0\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement avant de briser le granola en gros morceaux. Garder le granola<br \/>\ndans un contenant herm\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bol smoothie\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer une banane congel\u00e9e, 1\/2 tasse de fraises congel\u00e9es, 1\/2 tasse de chou-fleur et 1\/2 betterave cuite avec environ 1\/4 tasse de lait ou de substitut de lait. L\u2019ajout de la poudre prot\u00e9in\u00e9e \u00e0 la vanille fait toute la diff\u00e9rence dans la valeur nutritive!
