Depuis, elle a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 quatre autres marathons.<\/span><span id=\"E100\"> <\/span><span id=\"E101\">Cette ann\u00e9e, elle participera au <\/span><\/em><a id=\"E102\" contenteditable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/fr\/les-courses\/le-demi-marathon-dottawa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span id=\"E103\">Demi-marathon d\u2019Ottawa<\/span><\/a><em><span id=\"E104\">, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Desjardins, lors de la Fin de semaine des courses Tamarack d\u2019Ottawa. Il s\u2019agit de sa distance pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e et elle courra en appui au <\/span><\/em><a id=\"E105\" contenteditable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/raceroster.com\/events\/2022\/50770\/tamarack-ottawa-race-weekend-2022\/pledge\/participant\/12587436\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span id=\"E106\">Fonds de secours\u00a0: Crise humanitaire en Ukraine de la Croix-Rouge<\/span><\/a><em><span id=\"E107\">.<\/span><span id=\"E108\"> <\/span><span id=\"E109\">Elle est une membre active de plusieurs clubs de course d\u2019Ottawa et adore s\u2019entra\u00eener avec d\u2019autres coureurs passionn\u00e9s.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p id=\"E112\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><em><span id=\"E113\">Par<\/span><span id=\"E114\"> <\/span><\/em><a id=\"E115\" contenteditable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tegsf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span id=\"E116\">Tegan\u00a0Chappell<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"E117\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E118\">Bien qu\u2019il soit impossible de seulement courir, plus vous courez, moins la course suffit.<\/span><span id=\"E119\"> <\/span><span id=\"E120\">Bien qu\u2019elle apporte bien des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, la course est \u00e9galement dure sur le corps parce qu\u2019elle impose une grande tension sur les muscles, les articulations, les tendons, les ligaments et les os.<\/span><span id=\"E121\"> <\/span><span id=\"E122\">Il est primordial que les muscles absorbent cette force pour se renforcer.<\/span><span id=\"E123\"> <\/span><span id=\"E124\">Une des meilleures fa\u00e7ons d\u2019y arriver est de compl\u00e9ter vos s\u00e9ances de course par au moins une forme d\u2019<\/span><a id=\"E125\" contenteditable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/fr\/quel-type-dentrainement-polyvalent-vous-convient\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span id=\"E126\">entra\u00eenement polyvalent<\/span><\/a><span id=\"E127\">. Vous serez moins susceptible de vous blesser et vous serez un meilleur coureur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E128\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E129\">Je suis une athl\u00e8te multisports; il est donc plus naturel pour moi de varier mon entra\u00eenement.<\/span><span id=\"E130\"> <\/span><span id=\"E131\">Pendant la saison de cyclisme, je fais du v\u00e9lo et des s\u00e9ances de musculation.<\/span><span id=\"E132\"> <\/span><span id=\"E133\">Vous me verrez aussi pagayer sur la rivi\u00e8re et faire des randonn\u00e9es sur les magnifiques sentiers de la r\u00e9gion.<\/span><span id=\"E134\"> <\/span><span id=\"E135\">J\u2019aime aussi prendre des pauses de temps \u00e0 autre, faire mes valises et partir explorer d\u2019autres coins du monde.<\/span><span id=\"E136\"> <\/span><span id=\"E137\">Lorsque je m\u2019entra\u00eene en vue d\u2019une \u00e9preuve, j\u2019augmente mon entra\u00eenement de course, mais je continue \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des s\u00e9ances de musculation et je trouve toujours un peu de temps pour faire du v\u00e9lo.<\/span><span id=\"E138\"> <\/span><span id=\"E139\">Cela m\u2019aide \u00e0 bien me pr\u00e9parer, je suis moins susceptible de me blesser et je reste motiv\u00e9e puisque mon entra\u00eenement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est diversifi\u00e9. C\u2019est important pour maintenir une approche durable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et l\u2019exercice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E140\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E141\">J\u2019ai probablement un parti pris, mais je ne pense pas qu\u2019il y a mieux que la musculation quand il est question d\u2019entra\u00eenement polyvalent.<\/span><span id=\"E142\"> <\/span><span id=\"E143\">Je suis \u00e9galement d\u2019avis que si vous voulez progresser en tant que coureur, la musculation sera un volet essentiel de votre cheminement.<\/span><span id=\"E144\"> <\/span><span id=\"E145\">Des \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 <\/span><span id=\"E146\">qu\u2019\u00e0 chaque foul\u00e9e, le choc au talon produit une force \u00e9gale \u00e0 trois ou quatre\u00a0fois le poids du corps<\/span><span id=\"E147\"> sur vos jambes et vos pieds.<\/span><span id=\"E148\"> <\/span><span id=\"E149\">Un bon programme de musculation pour les coureurs ne cible pas seulement les muscles des jambes, mais aussi les ischiojambiers, les hanches et les abdominaux.<\/span><span id=\"E150\"> <\/span><span id=\"E151\">Ces muscles ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus faibles chez les coureurs; il est donc primordial de s\u2019y concentrer lors des s\u00e9ances de musculation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E152\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E153\">Si vous commencez un nouveau programme de musculation, je vous recommande <\/span>fortement de travailler avec un professionnel.<span id=\"E154\"> <\/span><span id=\"E155\">Votre assurance en couvre peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame les frais puisque certaines compagnies les incluent dans la cat\u00e9gorie des soins de physioth\u00e9rapie.<\/span><span id=\"E156\"> <\/span><span id=\"E157\">Un physioth\u00e9rapeute peut \u00e9galement non seulement d\u00e9terminer les forces et les faiblesses de vos muscles, mais aussi les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres qui pourraient avoir une incidence sur votre performance en tant que coureur.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"contentsContainer\" class=\"style-scope qowt-page\">\n<div id=\"contents\" class=\"style-scope qowt-page\">\n<p id=\"E158\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E159\">Finalement, sortez faire vos kilom\u00e8tres, mais n\u2019oubliez pas qu\u2019un corps muscl\u00e9 fera de vous un meilleur coureur.
