Les betteraves sont riches en vitamines et min\u00e9raux, notamment du nitrate, qui se trouve aussi en grande quantit\u00e9 dans d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes, comme les \u00e9pinards et la roquette. Ce l\u00e9gume-racine <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/fr\/limbattable-betterave-la-valeur-des-nitrates-naturels-avec-beet-it-sport\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peut avoir un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur vos courses<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en transformant le nitrate en oxyde nitrique. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l\u2019oxyde nitrique am\u00e9liore la tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 l\u2019effort, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019effort et la circulation sanguine, en plus de r\u00e9duire la tension art\u00e9rielle gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9tendre et dilater les vaisseaux sanguins.
