On sait tous qu\u2019il faut porter des pantalons en molleton et plusieurs couches de v\u00eatements en hiver, mais que faire en automne? Ce n\u2019est pas si \u00e9vident de s\u2019habiller convenablement lorsque la temp\u00e9rature oscille entre 4 et 10\u00a0\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme toujours, ma priorit\u00e9 est que vous restiez en bonne sant\u00e9. Si votre sant\u00e9 se porte bien, votre \u00e9conomie a\u00e9robique s\u2019am\u00e9liorera continuellement gr\u00e2ce au stress, \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, \u00e0 la compensation et au conditionnement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici quelques conseils de base sur les v\u00eatements \u00e0 porter lorsque vous courez \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures variant entre 4 et 15\u00a0\u00b0C.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portez un chandail \u00e0 manches longues ou un t-shirt \u00e0 manches courtes avec une veste. C\u2019est essentiel pour garder votre tronc bien au chaud.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portez des leggings pleine longueur ou aux genoux (pour les femmes). Rentrez votre chandail dans votre pantalon ou vos leggings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Envisagez de porter des gants l\u00e9gers ainsi qu\u2019une tuque ou des cache-oreilles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019il vente, un coupe-vent est essentiel.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9vitez les v\u00eatements de coton. La sueur s\u2019y imbibera et vous donnera froid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous courrez, vous aurez de plus en plus chaud parce que votre corps s\u2019\u00e9chauffera. C\u2019est pourquoi je vous sugg\u00e8re de vous habiller en fonction de comment vous vous sentez apr\u00e8s 20\u00a0minutes de course. Si vous courez longtemps, apportez-vous des v\u00eatements de rechange ou un chandail tr\u00e8s chaud \u00e0 mettre lorsque vous avez termin\u00e9.
