Nous savons d\u00e9j\u00e0 que les prot\u00e9ines jouent un r\u00f4le important pour aider le corps \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer apr\u00e8s avoir fait de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le fait de manger une plus grande quantit\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.lww.com\/acsm-msse\/Fulltext\/2019\/02000\/The_Effect_of_Dietary_Protein_on_Protein.17.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">peut aider les coureurs a \u00eatre plus rapides<\/a>.
