Et comme c\u2019est la saison des courges musqu\u00e9es, une soupe est une excellente fa\u00e7on de les appr\u00eater. Cette recette de soupe \u00e0 la poire et \u00e0 la courge musqu\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/livethesmartway.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kathy\u00a0Smart<\/a> est id\u00e9ale pour les journ\u00e9es d\u2019automne. Elle est r\u00e9confortante et riche en fibres. Et elle convient \u00e0 tous les r\u00e9gimes alimentaires puisqu\u2019elle sans gluten, sans bl\u00e9, sans produit laitier, sans \u0153uf et v\u00e9gane!<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi Kathy\u00a0Smart aime-t-elle cette recette? \u00ab\u00a0Elle est onctueuse et tr\u00e8s savoureuse. Et si vous ajoutez du vin blanc, les saveurs seront intensifi\u00e9es.\u00a0Et comme je dis toujours\u00a0: mangez des l\u00e9gumes comme si c\u2019\u00e9tait votre travail!<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Donne 6 portions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00a0po de racine de gingembre, pel\u00e9e et \u00e9minc\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0petit b\u00e2ton de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0courge musqu\u00e9e moyenne, pel\u00e9e, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en cubes<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0patate douce, coup\u00e9e en cubes<\/li>\n<li>6\u00a0tasses de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0oignon moyen, hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>\u2153\u00a0tasse de vin blanc (facultatif)<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0poires (enlever le c\u0153ur), tranch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0tasse de lait de coco<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel de mer<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poivre noir moulu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Pr\u00e9paration<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mettre le gingembre, le b\u00e2ton de cannelle, la courge musqu\u00e9e et la patate douce dans une grande casserole. Ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant que les l\u00e9gumes mijotent, faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eale et cuire les oignons jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s. Ajouter le vin blanc et les poires aux oignons puis cuire pendant 5\u00a0minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le vin ait r\u00e9duit. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange au contenu de la casserole.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire le m\u00e9lange de courge et de patate douce pendant 30\u00a0minutes puis ajouter le lait de coco, le sel et le poivre.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire la soupe en pur\u00e9e avec un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 main ou un robot culinaire.
