Elles sont d\u00e9licieuses et tellement bonnes pour la sant\u00e9. De plus, elles contiennent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs qui stimulent votre syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les patates douces sont naturellement riches en b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne, ce qui fait que cette recette est parfaite en pr\u00e9vision de la saison du rhume et de la grippe. Elle vous r\u00e9chauffera aussi lors des fra\u00eeches journ\u00e9es d\u2019automne et vous fournira une bonne dose de prot\u00e9ines et d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Bref, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer avec une s\u00e9ance d\u2019entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quel est l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient secret de ce chili? La poudre de cacao. Cette recette pr\u00e9sente des saveurs riches, avec une touche inusit\u00e9e. C\u2019est du pur g\u00e9nie!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients &#8211; <\/b>Donne 6 \u00e0 8\u00a0portions<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">1\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1 gros oignon, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe de chacun\u00a0: poudre de chili, cumin moulu et poudre de cacao<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019ail frais, pel\u00e9 et coup\u00e9<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Pinc\u00e9e de cannelle<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">3 patates douces de grosseur moyenne, pel\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1\u00a0conserve de 16\u00a0oz. de salsa (je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la piquante)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1 conserve de 398 ml de haricots noirs biologiques sans OGM, rinc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">4\u00a0tasses de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Mettre l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et l\u2019oignon dans une casserole. Faire revenir.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ajouter les morceaux de patate douce et toutes les \u00e9pices.
