Elle est \u00e0 la fois l\u00e9g\u00e8re et suffisamment nutritive pour constituer un d\u00e9jeuner ou une collation apr\u00e8s l\u2019entra\u00eenement.<\/span> <span class=\"s6\">Elle est faite avec du yogourt grec, qui est tr\u00e8s riche en prot\u00e9ines, et recouverte de baies saisonni\u00e8res, qui ont une forte teneur en vitamine\u00a0C, en fibres, en acide folique et en potassium.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\"><span class=\"s6\">La cro\u00fbte aux noix de Grenoble est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et est plus savoureuse que les cro\u00fbtes \u00e0 tarte traditionnelles. Placez l\u2019avoine, les noix de Grenoble, le sucre et le sel dans un robot culinaire, puis remuez les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/span> <span class=\"s6\">Ajoutez l\u2019\u0153uf, et continuez de remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s20\"><span class=\"s4\">2. <\/span><span class=\"s6\">Pressez le m\u00e9lange dans un moule \u00e0 tarte de 9 ou 10\u00a0pouces, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement graiss\u00e9 de beurre (je recommande de couper un cercle de papier parchemin et de l\u2019utiliser pour tapisser le moule\u00a0\u2013 sans ce papier, la cro\u00fbte peut parfois coller).<\/span> <span class=\"s6\">Utilisez vos doigts pour \u00e9tendre la p\u00e2te, de fa\u00e7on \u00e9gale partout \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du moule \u00e0 tarte (la t\u00e2che est facilit\u00e9e si vous mouillez vos doigts avec de l\u2019eau).<\/span> <span class=\"s6\">Utilisez une fourchette pour percer quelques trous dans la cro\u00fbte.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s20\"><span class=\"s4\">3. <\/span><span class=\"s6\">Faites cuire pendant 10 \u00e0 15\u00a0minutes (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cro\u00fbte soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e), puis laissez refroidir sur une grille.<\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"s10\"><strong><span class=\"s11\">Garniture au yogourt et aux fruits<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"s20\"><span class=\"s4\">1. <\/span><span class=\"s6\">Versez le yogourt dans un grand bol et fouettez-le vigoureusement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une consistance lisse.<\/span> <span class=\"s6\">Mettez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s20\"><span class=\"s4\">2. <\/span><span class=\"s6\">Versez l\u2019eau froide dans une tasse \u00e0 mesurer de 500\u00a0ml ou dans un bol en verre de taille moyenne qui r\u00e9siste aux micro-ondes.<\/span> <span class=\"s6\">Saupoudrez de g\u00e9latine; remuez et laissez reposer pendant 2\u00a0minutes (la g\u00e9latine prendra de l\u2019expansion et le m\u00e9lange commencera \u00e0 devenir consistant).<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s20\"><span class=\"s4\">3. <\/span><span class=\"s6\">R\u00e9chauffez au four \u00e0 micro-ondes, \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e, pendant 30\u00a0secondes (la g\u00e9latine deviendra liquide).<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s20\"><span class=\"s4\">4. <\/span><span class=\"s6\">Ajoutez le m\u00e9lange de g\u00e9latine au yogourt, remuez ou fouettez vigoureusement, puis versez le nouveau m\u00e9lange dans la cro\u00fbte cuite et refroidie.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s20\"><span class=\"s4\">5. <\/span><span class=\"s6\">Et maintenant, la partie amusante\u00a0: garnissez avec des fruits frais.
