Il est utilis\u00e9 depuis des milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le maca tonifie, stimule le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, soutient la glande thyro\u00efde, les organes sexuels et les glandes surr\u00e9nales, am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre neurochimique, aide \u00e0 combattre le sentiment de d\u00e9pression.
