Par contre, la course d\u2019hiver n\u2019implique pas qu\u2019un changement de garde-robe, mais aussi de r\u00e9gime alimentaire. Comment pouvez-vous vous assurer de consommer tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs dont votre corps a besoin pour rester en sant\u00e9 et \u00eatre performant pendant les mois d\u2019hiver? Nous avons pos\u00e9 la question \u00e0 la nutritionniste Beth\u00a0Mansfield afin d\u2019obtenir quelques conseils et une recette.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs les plus importants pendant la saison hivernale sont les fluides, la vitamine\u00a0D et les antioxydants qu\u2019on trouve dans les l\u00e9gumes! Cette soupe aux l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis, faite avec du lait, r\u00e9pond \u00e0 tous ces crit\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb, explique M<sup>me<\/sup>\u00a0Mansfield.<\/p>\n<p>Alors \u00e0 vos chaudrons! Cette soupe vous permettra de bien alimenter vos s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement et de rester hydrat\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Soupe aux l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>4 \u00e0 6\u00a0panais pel\u00e9s (1\u00a0sac), 1\u00a0courge musqu\u00e9e, 6\u00a0grosses carottes pel\u00e9es (ou 1\u00a0gros sac de petites carottes), 1\u00a0patate douce non pel\u00e9e, 1 ou 2\u00a0grosses betteraves.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Couper les l\u00e9gumes en petits d\u00e9s et les placer sur une grande r\u00f4tissoire.<\/li>\n<li>Verser un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive sur les l\u00e9gumes et y ajouter de l\u2019ail, du poivre et des herbes de Provence.<\/li>\n<li>Bien m\u00e9langer avec les mains.
