{"id":18429,"date":"2018-09-10T11:34:46","date_gmt":"2018-09-10T15:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/?p=18429"},"modified":"2018-09-10T11:34:46","modified_gmt":"2018-09-10T15:34:46","slug":"boules-denergie-au-matcha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/fr\/boules-denergie-au-matcha\/","title":{"rendered":"Boules d\u2019\u00e9nergie au matcha"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Une recette de Kathy Smart<\/em><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le retour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, ce qui signifie que les journ\u00e9es sont bien remplies et que certains d\u2019entre nous ont besoin d\u2019un petit surplus d\u2019\u00e9nergie au cours de la journ\u00e9e, que ce soit apr\u00e8s la course matinale ou en vue d\u2019une activit\u00e9 sportive en soir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ces boules d\u2019\u00e9nergie au matcha, de Kathy\u00a0Smart, sont faciles \u00e0 apporter et regorgent d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients qui vous donneront, comme leur nom l\u2019indique, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0tasse de dattes Medjool fra\u00eeches<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0tasse de pistaches, de graines de tournesol (si vous voulez une option sans noix) ou d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li>1\/3\u00a0tasse de poudre de cacao<\/li>\n<li>3\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de poudre de matcha, de flocons de noix de coco, de pistaches broy\u00e9es et de morceaux de cacao<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mettre les trois\u00a0premiers ingr\u00e9dients au m\u00e9langeur, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la texture vous permette de former une boule.<\/li>\n<li>Roulez les boules dans la poudre de matcha OU les pistaches\/graines de tournesol, les flocons de noix de coco et les morceaux de cacao.
