Ajoutez les jeunes \u00e9pinards jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils fl\u00e9trissent.<\/li>\n<li>Placez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un robot culinaire, sauf les graines de lin, le ma\u00efs et la moiti\u00e9 des lentilles. M\u00e9langez par pulsations jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporez ensuite manuellement les graines de lin, le ma\u00efs et le reste des lentilles.<\/li>\n<li>Fa\u00e7onnez des boulettes puis faites-les cuire ou frire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient dor\u00e9es de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.
