Tout comme les produits Kronobar, ces biscuits sont v\u00e9ganes, sans gluten et sans noix et ont pour but de vous aider \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer avec une longue course.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les haricots et le beurre d\u2019amandes fournissent les prot\u00e9ines dont vous avez besoin pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer avec un entra\u00eenement\u00a0\u00bb, indique Rose-Marie. \u00ab\u00a0Les dattes et le sucre de coco naturel fournissent juste assez de glucides pour permettre \u00e0 vos muscles de refaire le plein de glycog\u00e8ne.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Sans gluten et v\u00e9gane<\/p>\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 25\u00a0minutes<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3\/4\u00a0tasse de haricots noirs cuits<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0tasse de p\u00e2te de dattes<\/li>\n<li>1\/4\u00a0tasse de beurre d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile de coco vierge<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0tasse de sucre de coco biologique<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0tasse de farine sans gluten (suggestions de Rose-Marie\u00a0: pois chiche, lentille, gourgane, millet ou quinoa)<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019\u00e9clats de cacao<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe de flocons de chili<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019extrait de vanille pure<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de muscade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 400\u00a0F.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9gouttez les haricots et rincez-les bien.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients, sauf la farine, dans un bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer. \u00c9crasez les haricots dans le m\u00e9lange, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la texture soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporez la farine au m\u00e9lange. M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te ferme.<\/li>\n<li>Roulez la p\u00e2te en forme de longue saucisse et coupez-la en 12\u00a0morceaux \u00e9gaux. Placez les biscuits sur une plaque \u00e0 biscuits et faites-les cuire pendant 13\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez-les refroidir avant de les manipuler puisqu\u2019ils sont fragiles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ils se conservent une journ\u00e9e \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la pi\u00e8ce.
