Le soleil brille, les oiseaux gazouillent ET les baies d\u00e9bordent de saveur.<\/p>\n<p>Je me souviens, lorsque j\u2019\u00e9tais une petite fille, que j\u2019adorais aller cueillir des m\u00fbres avec parents. Les baies ne sont pas qu\u2019un beau souvenir d\u2019enfance\u00a0: elles regorgent d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs essentiels pour alimenter vos courses estivales.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette salade saisonni\u00e8re, je jumelle les framboises et les m\u00fbres avec une source de prot\u00e9ines, des noix riches en bon gras, la fra\u00eecheur de la menthe, l\u2019acidit\u00e9 du citron et la douceur du sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable. Je vous explique pourquoi.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00fbres sont un bel ajout \u00e0 toute salade estivale. Elles sont l\u2019un des aliments les plus riches en antioxydants.<\/p>\n<p>Les compos\u00e9s qui donnent la couleur aux m\u00fbres et aux framboises s\u2019appellent les anthocyanes. Ces antioxydants peuvent aider \u00e0 \u00e9viter la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer et certains cancers, et vous aider \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et \u00e0 r\u00e9parer vos muscles avec une course. Encore mieux\u00a0: une tasse de m\u00fbres ou de framboises ne contient que 60\u00a0calories!<\/p>\n<p>Les coureurs devraient manger une petite poign\u00e9e d\u2019amandes ou de noix jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cinq fois par semaine. Les amandes sont d\u2019ailleurs une excellente source de vitamine\u00a0E, qui aide \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger votre corps contre le cancer.
