(340 g)\u00a0<b>de spaghettini Catelli<\/b><b>\u00ae<\/b><b>\u00a0Grains anciens<\/b><\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml)\u00a0d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10 ml)\u00a0de chaque : gingembre et ail frais, \u00e9minc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 lb (500 g)\u00a0de b\u00e9b\u00e9s bok choys, coup\u00e9s en quartiers<\/li>\n<li>2 tasses (500 ml)\u00a0de tomates cerises coup\u00e9es en deux<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0poivron jaune, tranch\u00e9 en juliennes<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse (125 ml)\u00a0de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes sans sel ajout\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml)\u00a0de sauce soya r\u00e9duite en sodium<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml)\u00a0d\u2019edamame d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10 ml)\u00a0d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse (60 ml)\u00a0de chaque : oignon vert tranch\u00e9 et coriandre hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml)\u00a0de graines de s\u00e9same r\u00f4ties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n<p>Faire chauffer l\u2019huile \u00e0 feu moyen-vif dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 frire. Faire cuire l\u2019ail et le gingembre pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter les bok choys, les tomates et le poivron jaune; laisser cuire pendant 4 minutes. Incorporer le bouillon et la sauce soya. Laisser cuire pendant 1 minute ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les bok choys soient tendres.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faire cuire le spaghettini selon les instructions sur l\u2019emballage; bien \u00e9goutter. Incorporer les p\u00e2tes, l\u2019edamame et l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same dans la po\u00eale.
