Elle produit aussi un rapport magique de glucides:prot\u00e9ines de 4:1 con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9\u00e9nergiser les muscles fatigu\u00e9s et refaire le plein de glycog\u00e8ne. C\u2019est exactement ce dont votre corps a besoin au moment o\u00f9 il doit s\u2019ajuster aux rigueurs d\u2019un tout nouveau r\u00e9gime d\u2019entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>La recette de ce mois-ci est tir\u00e9e de www.gofasterfood.com. <\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (fait un grand verre)<br \/>\n\u20221 blanc d\u2019\u0153uf<br \/>\n\u20221 banane<br \/>\n\u20221 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de miel<br \/>\n\u2022200ml de lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<br \/>\n\u20222 cubes de glace ou une c. \u00e0 table de glace pil\u00e9e<br \/>\n\u20223 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de chocolat chaud de haute qualit\u00e9 (chocolat \u00e0 boire)<\/p>\n<p>Directions<br \/>\n1.S\u00e9parer le jaune du blanc et mettre le blanc dans le m\u00e9langeur.
