Kate Percy, auteure du livre num\u00e9rique FuelSmart for Race Day veut changer cette perception.<\/p>\n<p>Percy \u00e9crit dans son introduction : \u00ab Il est fort probable que les longues successions de plats de p\u00e2tes cr\u00e9meuses et de glucides f\u00e9culents vous laissent une sensation de lourdeur, de ballonnement et d\u2019inconfort. La derni\u00e8re chose que vous voulez faire apr\u00e8s tout ce dur exercice, c\u2019est de vous tenir \u00e0 la ligne de d\u00e9part avec la sensation d\u2019\u00eatre clou\u00e9e au sol. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire en sorte que cela ne se produise pas, Percy d\u00e9crit en d\u00e9tail un programme de nutrition de trois jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant une course, qui promet de vous mener au d\u00e9part avec des muscles \u00ab supercharg\u00e9s \u00bb en vue de votre meilleure performance \u2013 et de vous avoir fait manger beaucoup d\u2019aliments savoureux chemin faisant.<\/p>\n<p>Percy ouvre son livre num\u00e9rique avec une description des principes nutritionnels du carboloading (y compris un tableau commode de prise de glucides selon le poids), passe ensuite \u00e0 un planificateur de menus de trois jours avant la course pour vous aider \u00e0 aller chercher ces bons glucides \u00ab denses en \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs \u00bb, pour finir avec tous les d\u00e9tails sur la fa\u00e7on de faire des recettes comme le Risotto \u00e0 la courge r\u00f4tie (104g de glucides) ou la Soupe aux pois chiches, \u00e0 la patate douce et aux \u00e9pinards (38g de glucides).
