Mais la nourriture devrait \u00eatre plus que seulement un carburant.  Ce devrait aussi \u00eatre un plaisir \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et \u00e0 consommer.  Chaque mois nous partageons une recette simple et nutritive pour vous aider \u00e0 attiser votre \u00e9nergie pour la course ou \u00e0 refaire le plein apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir d\u00e9pens\u00e9e au cours de ces longs parcours d\u2019entra\u00eenement.<br \/>\n Mark Bittman en sait une ou deux sur la cuisine (par exemple, voir How to Cook Everything). Il en sait aussi une ou deux sur la course de distance.  Ce qui fait de lui une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence absolue pour les repas ax\u00e9s sur une haute performance.  Et voil\u00e0 sa recette de Poulet \u00ab Sans \u00bb cro\u00fbte.  C\u2019est pas brillant, \u00e7a ?  En esquivant la cro\u00fbte graisseuse utilis\u00e9e dans le poulet en cro\u00fbte traditionnel, Bittman porte son attention sur les aspects plus sains du plat : le poulet pour les prot\u00e9ines r\u00e9paratrices, les l\u00e9gumes pour des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs assortis et le riz brun (ou une p\u00e2te de bl\u00e9 entier) pour la charge de glucides n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>\n Et le projecteur braqu\u00e9 sur les l\u00e9gumes fait que c\u2019est un plat somptueux \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer autour des r\u00e9coltes, quand les fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais sont en abondance \u00e0 votre supermarch\u00e9 local, ou au march\u00e9, ou sur des \u00e9tals sur le bord du chemin.  Et avons-nous dit que \u00e7a ne prenait que 30 minutes \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer ?  M\u00eame sans la cro\u00fbte beurr\u00e9e du p\u00e2te en cro\u00fbte traditionnel, ce plat est un superd\u00e9lice et c\u2019est s\u00fbr qu\u2019il va devenir un des plats de base de votre table cet automne.<br \/>\n La recette de ce mois-ci nous provient de runnersworld.com. <\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<br \/>\n 1\/4 tasse d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, divis\u00e9e en deux (60ml)<br \/>\n 2 poireaux bien lav\u00e9s, ass\u00e9ch\u00e9s et hach\u00e9s, sel et poivre moulu au go\u00fbt<br \/>\n 1 tasse de vin blanc sec (250 ml)<br \/>\n 1 tasse de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes (250 ml)<br \/>\n 1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de thym frais hach\u00e9 ou d\u2019estragon (5ml)<br \/>\n 2 poitrines de poulet d\u00e9soss\u00e9es<br \/>\n 3 grosses patates rouges, coup\u00e9es en cubes d\u2019un pouce (2,5 cm)<br \/>\n 2 carottes moyennes, coup\u00e9es en rondelles<br \/>\n 1\/2 livre (200 g) de petits pois sucr\u00e9s, par\u00e9s<br \/>\n 1\/2 livre (200g) d\u2019asperges, coup\u00e9es en longueurs d\u2019un pouce (2,5 cm)<br \/>\n 2 c. \u00e0 table de jus de citron fra\u00eechement press\u00e9 (15ml)<br \/>\n1.Verser la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019huile dans une grande po\u00eale sur feu moyen.  Ajouter le poireau, le sel et le poivre.  Cuire cinq minutes.<br \/>\n2.Ajouter le vin, le bouillon et le thym ; bouillir une minute.  Ajouter le poulet, r\u00e9duire le feu, couvrir et mijoter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que \u00e0 peine cuit (cinq minutes), puis retirer du feu.<br \/>\n3.Ajouter les patates.  Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis mijoter cinq minutes.<br \/>\n4.Ajouter les carottes ; cuire quelques minutes.  Le liquide devrait \u00e9paissir.  Sinon, augmenter la chaleur et cuire quelques minutes en remuant.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter lentement l\u2019huile restante tout en remuant.  Ajouter les pois et les asperges.
