Elle peut fonctionner comme plat d&rsquo;accompagnement ou comme plat principal, selon le niveau de votre app\u00e9tit. Et c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un plat lourd, tellement formidable si vous cherchez \u00e0 faire le plein mais si vous voulez aussi rester l\u00e9ger sur vos pieds quand vous sortez pour votre prochaine course !<\/p>\n<p>La recette de ce mois-ci est tir\u00e9e de gofasterfood.com. <\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients<br \/>\n\u2022poitrines de poulets, \u00e9lev\u00e9s en libert\u00e9<br \/>\n\u20222 grandes tranches de pain au levain<br \/>\n\u20221 gousse d&rsquo;ail, pel\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en deux<br \/>\n\u20221 c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (dont on frottera le poulet et le pain) c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge<br \/>\n\u20221 c. \u00e0 table de jus de citron<br \/>\n\u2022sel de mer et poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu<br \/>\n\u2022300g de pois \u00e9coss\u00e9s ou congel\u00e9s<br \/>\n\u2022150g de pois sugar snap coup\u00e9s en deux \u00e0 angle<br \/>\n\u20222 feuilles de laitue baby gem s\u00e9par\u00e9es et grossi\u00e8rement d\u00e9chir\u00e9es<br \/>\n\u202240g de pousses de pois<br \/>\n\u20222 c. \u00e0 table de menthe fra\u00eeche hach\u00e9e<br \/>\n\u2022zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9 d&rsquo;un demi-citron<br \/>\n\u202275g de fromage de ch\u00e8vre mou ou de fromage feta \u00e9gren\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration<br \/>\n1.Ouvrir les poitrines de poulet, couvrir avec un morceau de film autocollant et aplatir un peu au rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te. Retirer le film, assaisonner de sel et de poivre noir frais du moulin et brosser chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<br \/>\n2.Amener la plaque ou le gril \u00e0 chaleur \u00e9lev\u00e9e et faire cuire les poitrines de poulet 3-4 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient cuites de bord en bord. R\u00e9server pendant que vous pr\u00e9parez la salade.<br \/>\n3.Brosser les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du pain au levain \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Poser sur la plaque ou le gril une minute ou \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit d&rsquo;un beau brun dor\u00e9. Retirer et frotter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec l&rsquo;ail.<br \/>\n4.Dans un petit bol, fouetter ensemble le jus de citron avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<br \/>\n5.Blanchir les pois et les sugar snaps une ou deux minutes dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante et \u00e9goutter.
