Chaque kilogramme de masse corporelle (2,2 lbs) perdu pendant l\u2019exercice, en sus de tout fluide que vous avez pris, est l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019environ 1 litre de liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Mais il est toutefois aussi important de ne pas se surhydrater, ce qui peut causer une grave condition de faibles niveaux de sodium appel\u00e9 hyponatr\u00e9mie.
