Il doit y avoir des milliers de recettes incroyables qui sont sur le bout de nos doigts tapeurs d&rsquo;infolettre ! En fait, quelles sont les recettes de d\u00e9pannage vers lesquelles nos lecteurs se tournent quand ils cherchent \u00e0 faire le plein de glucides pour une course, \u00e0 restaurer le corps apr\u00e8s un entra\u00eenement rigoureux ou \u00e0 juste s\u2019inspirer les jambes avec quelque chose de bon et de savoureux ?<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez une recette pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e ayant rapport \u00e0 la course \u00e0 partager, faites-la parvenir par courriel \u00e0 media@runottawa.ca en l&rsquo;accompagnant d&rsquo;une description de la raison pour laquelle c&rsquo;est votre plat de secours.
