{"id":1154,"date":"2013-10-07T16:18:26","date_gmt":"2013-10-07T20:18:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/recipe-month-2-2\/"},"modified":"2017-07-21T10:16:24","modified_gmt":"2017-07-21T14:16:24","slug":"recipe-month-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/fr\/recipe-month-2\/","title":{"rendered":"La recette du mois"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le mois dernier, nous avons lanc\u00e9 un appel pour des recettes favorites pour la course et nous avons re\u00e7u celle-ci, une dynamite de smoothie pour apr\u00e8s l\u2019exercice, qui nous vient d\u2019Alex McGowan.<\/p>\n<p>Peu apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u les instructions simples d\u2019Alex, nous avons sorti le m\u00e9langeur et nous sommes mis au travail. Il nous manquait la poudre de prot\u00e9ine et, au lieu d\u2019une banane froide, nous avons utilis\u00e9 directement une banane congel\u00e9e qui occupait de l\u2019espace dans le cong\u00e9lateur (d\u00e9congel\u00e9e une vingtaine de secondes au microonde). Nous avons aussi combin\u00e9 les amandes et les cacahu\u00e8tes. R\u00e9sultats ? Une d\u00e9licieuse magnificence.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui fait que, maintenant, nous avons des raisons suppl\u00e9mentaires pour faire cette course dure. Une collation de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u2019apr\u00e8s course d\u00e9licieuse et nourrissante. Et une fa\u00e7on de faire de la place dans le cong\u00e9lateur. Merci, Alex !<\/p>\n<p>Smoothie d\u2019apr\u00e8s exercice d\u2019Alex<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients :<br \/>\n\u20221 banane (refroidie au frigo)<br \/>\n\u20221 c. \u00e0 table de poudre de cacao<br \/>\n\u20221 c. \u00e0 table de beurre d\u2019amande (ou autre beurre de noix)<br \/>\n\u20221\/2 boule de poudre de prot\u00e9ine au chocolat<br \/>\n\u20223\/4 de yogourt \u00e0 la grecque<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p>Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble dans le m\u00e9langeur, m\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance onctueuse, et savourez !<\/p>\n<p>Alex \u00e9crit :<br \/>\n\u00ab C\u2019est parfait apr\u00e8s une course dure ; \u00e7a vous aide \u00e0 vous refroidir, \u00e7a descend aussi doucement que de l\u2019eau et \u00e7a vous aide \u00e0 vous hydrater, et c\u2019est facile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer si vous avez l\u2019estomac un peu d\u00e9rang\u00e9. La combinaison de poudre de prot\u00e9ine et de yogourt \u00e0 la grecque vous donne des prot\u00e9ines pour vous reconstruire les muscles, et le beurre d\u2019amande, des graisses saines pour vous remplir. La poudre de cacao vous donne un coup d\u2019antioxydants et donne \u00e0 toute l\u2019affaire une pouss\u00e9e majeure de saveur ! Enfin, la banane donne quelque substance \u00e0 la collation et elle a tout le potassium n\u00e9cessaire pour vous aider \u00e0 combattre les douleurs musculaires et les crampes.
