Une fois r\u00e9unies, la past\u00e8que, la menthe et la lime forment un mets color\u00e9 et rafra\u00eechissant, id\u00e9al pour les barbecues estivaux\u00a0: servez-le avec des croustilles de pain pita ou de ma\u00efs \u2013 ou pour accompagner du poulet ou du poisson grill\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La teinte rose vif de la past\u00e8que indique qu\u2019elle contient du lycop\u00e8ne, un carot\u00e9no\u00efde dont les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s seraient susceptibles de pr\u00e9venir certaines maladies. Des recherches r\u00e9centes laissent croire qu\u2019un compos\u00e9 chimique de la past\u00e8que pourrait am\u00e9liorer vos prouesses sportives\u00a0: la L-citrulline. Une <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26023227\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9tude r\u00e9cente<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avance que la L-citrulline peut am\u00e9liorer la consommation d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et le rendement lors de la pratique d\u2019un exercice de haute intensit\u00e9 chez les sportifs d\u2019occasion, un peu \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re des <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sheilakealey.com\/dietary-nitrates-health\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nitrates dans le jus de <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">betterave<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
