Et la simplicit\u00e9. Toujours une bonne combinaison.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recette est tir\u00e9e de The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook (deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition), par Alissa Segersten et Tom Malterre, MS, CN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both;\">De quoi vous avez besoin :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #000000 !important; clear: both;\">\n<li>2 tasses de noix brutes<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de dattes Medjool, d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>4-6 c. \u00e0 table de poudre de cacao<\/li>\n<li>Noix de coco organique r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mettre les noix dans un robot culinaire avec lame en \u00ab s \u00bb et passez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient finement moulues et p\u00e2teuses.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les dattes et la poudre de cacao et continuer \u00e0 faire marcher le robot jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit bien combin\u00e9. Si vous voulez un go\u00fbt plus sucr\u00e9, ajoutez quelques dattes et transformez encore.<\/p>\n<p>Rouler en petites balles et placer dans un bol de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e pour enrober \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>Placer sur un plat.
