{"id":10343,"date":"2016-05-10T09:56:03","date_gmt":"2016-05-10T13:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/fr\/?p=10343"},"modified":"2024-11-11T22:13:59","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T03:13:59","slug":"anti-inflammatoires-et-course-pied","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/fr\/anti-inflammatoires-et-course-pied\/","title":{"rendered":"Anti-inflammatoires et course \u00e0 pied"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Par Dr. Jon Hooper<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La plupart des coureurs, surtout ceux qui s\u2019entra\u00eenent pour les longues distances, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9prouv\u00e9 des douleurs musculaires et articulaires.<\/p>\n<p>Les traitements varient, mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, on recommande de se reposer, d\u2019appliquer de la glace, de s\u2019\u00e9tirer ou encore de recevoir des soins de massoth\u00e9rapie ou de physioth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p>Les anti-inflammatoires non st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens (AINS) sont souvent prescrits et peuvent faire des merveilles. Dans cette classe de m\u00e9dicament, on trouve l\u2019ibuprof\u00e8ne (Motrin, Advil), le naxopr\u00e8ne (Aleve, Naprosyn), le c\u00e9l\u00e9coxib (Celebrex), l\u2019indom\u00e9tacine (Indocid), le m\u00e9loxicam et le diclof\u00e9nac (Voltaren) pour ne nommer que ceux-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a n\u00e9anmoins mati\u00e8re \u00e0 s\u2019interroger sur l\u2019utilisation de ces m\u00e9dicaments le jour d\u2019une course.<\/p>\n<p>Les AINS pr\u00e9sentent un certain nombre d\u2019effets secondaires susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre exacerb\u00e9s par un effort physique prolong\u00e9 (comme lors d\u2019un demi-marathon ou d\u2019un marathon complet).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/raceroster.com\/events\/2025\/90095\/tamarack-ottawa-race-weekend-2025\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.runottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/TORW-2025-leaderboard-1456x180-1.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En effet, ils peuvent avoir des cons\u00e9quences graves sur les reins, surtout en cas de d\u00e9shydratation ou de coup de chaleur, qui sont des conditions tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quentes chez les coureurs.<\/p>\n<p>Certains AINS peuvent causer des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019estomac, un organe aussi vuln\u00e9rable aux effets d\u2019une longue course.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, les risques de formation d\u2019un caillot sanguin augmentent lors de la prise de certains AINS. Cette situation peut entra\u00eener une crise cardiaque, un danger d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9occupant lors d\u2019une \u00e9preuve.<\/p>\n<p>On a \u00e9tabli un lien entre les AINS et la baisse du taux de sodium \u00e0 une concentration potentiellement mortelle (hyponatr\u00e9mie), un autre risque d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent lors des courses, m\u00eame sans la prise de m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n<p>Je sais que de nombreux coureurs prennent des AINS avant une course, pour contrer une blessure lancinante ou pr\u00e9venir les douleurs in\u00e9vitables li\u00e9es \u00e0 une \u00e9preuve d\u2019endurance.<\/p>\n<p>Le meilleur conseil m\u00e9dical que je puisse vous donner est le suivant\u00a0: <strong><u>ne prenez pas d\u2019AINS avant une course<\/u><\/strong> ni pendant les 24 premi\u00e8res heures apr\u00e8s celle-ci (ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vous ayez recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 manger, \u00e0 boire et \u00e0 uriner normalement).<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez une blessure musculosquelettique grave qui n\u00e9cessite la prise d\u2019un AINS, vous devriez sans doute vous demander s\u2019il est sage de participer \u00e0 ce genre d\u2019\u00e9preuve.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9cidez de courir malgr\u00e9 la prise d\u2019AINS, veuillez \u00e9viter les coups de chaleur, la d\u00e9shydratation ou l\u2019hyperhydratation (qui pourrait faire baisser votre taux de sodium).<\/p>\n<p>Oui, vous aurez probablement mal apr\u00e8s avoir couru un marathon, mais pendant les 24\u00a0premi\u00e8res\u00a0heures, appliquez de la bonne vieille glace sur vos articulations endolories, prenez un bain chaud pour soulager vos muscles, faites des \u00e9tirements et massez les zones sensibles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Par Dr. Jon Hooper La plupart des coureurs, surtout ceux qui s\u2019entra\u00eenent pour les longues [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":33,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[28],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10343","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-recettes-de-course"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
