Elle fait aussi un merveilleux plat d\u2019accompagnement pour la dinde r\u00f4tie, le b\u0153uf ou le jambon.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 15\u00a0min<\/p>\n<p>Temps de cuisson\u00a0: 30\u00a0min<\/p>\n<p>Portions\u00a0: de 6 \u00e0 8<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00a0paquet\u00a0(300\u00a0g) de Fusilli CATELLI SuperGreens\u2122<\/li>\n<li>60\u00a0ml\u00a0(1\/4\u00a0tasse) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<li>45\u00a0ml\u00a0(3\u00a0c.\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0soupe) de sauce soya \u00e0 faible teneur en sodium<\/li>\n<li>30\u00a0ml\u00a0(2\u00a0c.\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0soupe) chacune d\u2019huile de canola et d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>15\u00a0ml\u00a0(1\u00a0c.\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0soupe) chacun de vinaigre balsamique et d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0gousse d\u2019ail, finement hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0L\u00a0(4\u00a0tasses) de choux de Bruxelles coup\u00e9s en quatre, environ 500\u00a0g\u00a0(1\u00a0lb)<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0grosses carottes, pel\u00e9es et finement tranch\u00e9es de biais<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0ml\u00a0(1\/4\u00a0c.\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0th\u00e9) de poivre noir moulu<\/li>\n<li>125\u00a0ml\u00a0(1\/2\u00a0tasse) chacun d\u2019oignon vert hach\u00e9 et de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>60\u00a0ml\u00a0(1\/4\u00a0tasse) d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es, grill\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0<strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00a0\u00b0C\u00a0(400\u00a0\u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer au fouet le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, la sauce soya, l\u2019huile de canola, l\u2019eau, le vinaigre balsamique, l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9 et l\u2019ail. Dans un grand bol, mettre les choux de Bruxelles et les carottes. Les enrober de 30\u00a0ml\u00a0(2\u00a0c.\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0soupe) de vinaigrette. Tapisser une plaque avec rebord de papier sulfuris\u00e9 (parchemin) et y \u00e9tendre les l\u00e9gumes. Les faire r\u00f4tir au four jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s et tendres, en les remuant de temps \u00e0 autre, 25\u00a0min.<\/li>\n<li>Entretemps, cuire les fusillis selon les directives sur l\u2019emballage. Bien les \u00e9goutter, puis les transf\u00e9rer dans un grand bol. Leur ajouter les l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis, le poivre, l\u2019oignon vert, les canneberges et le reste de la vinaigrette. Bien m\u00e9langer.
