Cool temps and even cooler participants at the 2024 Richmond Road Races!
On Sunday, January 28, participants welcomed a new year of Run Ottawa racing at the community-favourite Richmond Road Races! It was the perfect opportunity to catch up with old running friends, and make new ones while enjoying a hot chili lunch and a beer from Kichesippi or non-alcoholic beer from Harmon’s Craft Brewing!
We are happy to share that with your generous donations as well as funds raised by participants who opted for green bibs, over $3,200 was raised for Ottawa Salus. This will help Ottawa Salus create opportunities for adults with mental health and substance use health challenges, as well as behavioural addictions, to live independently by improving access to housing and a community of integrated support services.
