Media availability

As in previous years, there will be a news conference to kick-start the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend and to allow media to conduct one-on-one interviews.

The following people will be available for one-on-one interviews: Jim Robinson, Race Director; John Halvorsen, Chair; Manny Rodrigues, Elite Athletes Coordinator; a number of 10K and marathon elite athletes; and representatives from our partner charities, Athletics Canada, and the Canadian Armed Forces.

 

Where to be

With seven races starting and finishing throughout the two-day event, covering the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend can be logistically challenging, especially for media outlets sending only one photographer or cameraperson.

There is no media parking.
