Location: Aberdeen Pavilion - Lansdowne Park
Are you looking to have some fun while participating in Ottawa's premier sporting event? Come work with me and a dynamic group of volunteers on the front lines of the Ottawa Race Weekend. We provide information to participants and spectators about every aspect of the event. We know the details of each of the races, race routes, Pfizer Health & Fitness Expo, course tours, registration and kit pick-up process, as well as general information about Ottawa and the surrounding area. Worried you might not know the answer? No problem! A more experienced volunteer will always be nearby to help you respond to questions you don't know how to answer. We are the ambassadors for more than 35,000 competitors and countless spectators that come out for Race Weekend.
Multilingualism is an asset; however, we welcome all volunteers to the info booth.

2. Information Booth - Airport
Location: Ottawa International Airport - Arrivals Area
Are you interested in contributing to one of Ottawa's premier sporting events? I'm looking for responsible, independent volunteers able to welcome runners Ottawa at an Information Booth at the Ottawa International Airport. Working individually or with another volunteer (I'll be just a phone call away), you will provide information to arriving runners and spectators newly arriving for the Ottawa Race Weekend. You will be provided with a backdrop and kiosk where you can answer questions regarding the Health & Fitness Expo, the registration and kit pickup process, the upcoming races, and general information about Ottawa and the surrounding area. We, at the information booth, are one of the many faces of the race acting as ambassadors for the event. Multilingualism is an asset; however, we welcome all volunteers to the info booth.
We encourage you to volunteer for more than one shift as the knowledge you gain during one shift is of use in all the remaining shifts. Come be a part of Ottawa's best sporting event of the year. We know the details of each of the races, race routes, start times, sweat check, finish line, recovery area and medical information, as well as general information about Ottawa and the surrounding area. Worried you might not know the answer? No problem! A more experienced volunteer will always be nearby to help you respond to questions you don't know how to answer. We are the ambassadors for more than 35,000 competitors and countless spectators that come out for Race Weekend.
